They will have a simple decision framework for tightening food, tweaking movement, addressing hidden offenders, and knowing when to involve their doctor.

By the end of this module, the participant has 5–7 clear “rules for life,” a written relapse-and-recovery plan, and a 3–6 month follow-up blueprint for BP and waist tracking. They will leave with a sustainable lifestyle anchored in daily habits, faith-based motivation, and concrete options for ongoing support rather than a temporary 12-week streak.
